By booking an appointment or session, you accept these terms. No credits or refunds will be provided for canceled or unused reading/coaching time slots unless the practitioner initiates the cancellation on their end.

Any eBooks, audio files, video courses or other digital content purchased from this site are non-refundable due to the nature of electronic delivery.

Once payment is made and digital access keys/links are sent, the content cannot be exchanged or returned. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the material aligns with your needs and interests.
