Shipping Turnaround Times

We ship out most orders within 3-5 business days. If your order is going to take longer than that, we will let you know ASAP

Once we hand the package off to our courier, we can't control the shipping time. On average for domestic orders, expect 2-4 business days once your package has been shipped

Holidays, natural disasters, strikes, and other events may slow package delivery times. We will let you know if we foresee this issue

We're excited to offer you very competitive shipping rates!

Prices start at $4 and go up based on package weight and where you live

Orders over $100 ship free within the United States

We do refund shipping overages if we are able to ship your order at a significantly reduced price from what you were charged

Tracking & Insurance

All orders will come with free tracking and insurance

Signature Confirmation

Orders over $250 may require a signature. If this will be an issue, please let us know!

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Occasionally we may ship via UPS if it will save you a significant amount of money

If you have a strong preference for what shipping carrier we use, please reach out to us BEFORE placing your order

International Shipping

International shipping is available to many countries! If you don't see your country listed, please reach out to us for rates

Order Packaging

We package our orders with love and care. We use bubble mailers for most small orders, and boxes for larger orders

We recycle packaging materials, such as bubble wrap, wherever possible. This not only is better for the environment, but also saves you money

All orders come with a mini Quartz point; a small packet of Himalayan salt for clean energy; and stickers

Returns & Refunds

Canceling a Website Order

We can cancel your website order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once a label has been created, orders can't be cancelled. Please message us as early as possible to cancel an order!

Cancelling a Livesale Order

We can cancel your livesale order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once a label has been created, we can't cancel your order.

Please note that cancelling a livesale order may incur a restocking fee (see below). This is due to the massive amounts of time and labor that goes into the livesale process.

Ghosting or not paying for your livesale claims may cause you to be banned from future livesales and website orders. Please read more about our livesale rules here.

Return Policy

Yes, we accept returns! You don't even need to tell us why.

Most items may be returned if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Some items can't be returned - see below for item return eligibility.

Refund Turnaround Times

Please give us 24-72 hours once we receive your package to inspect it and issue your refund. Refunds will be applied back to your original payment method.

Item Return Eligibility

Most of our products are eligible for return with these exceptions:

Items marked as clearance

Custom and personalized products, including resized jewelry

Products such as masks where it would be a sanitary risk. These items will clearly be marked as ineligible for return in the product description

Restocking Fees

Cancelling or returning some orders may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% or a minimum of $5.

This applies primarily to livesale claims and orders. Orders placed through our website, minus livesale baskets, will not be charged a restocking fee.

If you cancel or return an order that contains both livesale items and items from our website, the restocking fee will only apply to items claimed via livesale.

(For example, you claim a $25 crystal on a livesale. You also add a $30 necklace to your cart, then place your order. The next day you change your mind and cancel your entire order. Your order would incur a $5 restocking fee - 20% of $25)

We do this because livesales are very time and resource intensive events. The restocking fee helps offset a small portion of lost time and wages.

Return Process

Please reach out to us to initiate a return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to make sure your package makes it back safely!

We can't issue refunds for items we don't receive back in original condition. So it's very important you message us so we can expect your package and insure you send it to the right address.

Additional Information

Where is my package?

All orders come with a complimentary tracking number, so you can follow its journey. This number will be e-mailed to you upon shipment.

If your package is running late or you see something off in the tracking details, please let us know. We're happy to contact the post office on your behalf.

Item shows as delivered, but I never got it

We aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we're happy to help in the rare instances this happens!

Sometimes items are scanned in as delivered BEFORE they're dropped off. It's frustrating, but we recommend waiting to see if your package shows up the next day.

If it doesn't, check around your residence to see if it got dropped in an odd spot. Check with other family members, roommates, and/or neighbors.

If it's still missing, you'll need to file a missing mail report. This can easily be done online, and often the package shows up shortly after.

If you need help finding or filing this report, please reach out to us. We can also file it on your behalf if you'd prefer.

We won't leave you hanging!

My item arrived damaged, now what?

Please let us know ASAP if you notice any damages to your package or item. This is extremely rare, but rest assured we'll make it right!

I need my order ASAP!

If you're on a tight deadline, please reach out to us BEFORE you place your order. Depending on our current workload, we may be able to rush processing your order. There may also be shipping upgrades for an additional cost.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our standard packaging is pretty dang cute!

Orders come carefully wrapped and with some small freebies, including an organza bag.

We are happy to include a hand-written note on your behalf for no extra charge. Just let us know during checkout.

Can you pack my order on social media?

Unfortunately, we're not taking guaranteed video requests at this time. We may offer this for a small fee in the future.

That being said, if you'd like to see your order packaged on social media, we encourage you to let us know! Leave us your social media handle and the platform, so if we have time to make a video, we can tag you.
